Territory Sales Manager – Industrial - Power Tools

Our client is a globally recognised leader in power tools and equipment, renowned for innovation, quality, and performance across mining, construction, trade, and heavy industrial sectors.
An exciting opportunity now exists for a resilient, commercially driven Territory Sales Manager to drive market growth and expand the company’s presence into the Industrial Sector across the Bowen Basin and greater Mackay region.
This is a highly autonomous territory role focused on promoting premium power tool solutions into mining, industrial, construction, and trade environments, while building long-term relationships with key end users, distributors, and decision makers across one of Australia’s most significant industrial regions.
The Opportunity
• Drive sales growth and market penetration
• Promote premium power tools and equipment into mining and heavy industrial environments
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and territory development
• Build strong relationships with mine sites, industrial customers, distributors, and trade partners
• Manage and grow key accounts while identifying untapped market opportunities
• Travel extensively throughout the Bowen Basin and surrounding regional territories
• Represent a globally recognised brand with a strong reputation for quality and innovation
• Operate autonomously with strong internal support and career development opportunities

About You
• Proven sales success within industrial, mining, construction, technical, or power tools environments
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, win new business, and grow territory performance
• Strong experience managing regional territories and building customer relationships face-to-face
• Resilient, driven, and self-motivated with a genuine passion for sales and business development
• Comfortable working autonomously and travelling regularly throughout the region
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence key decision makers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• A proactive and hands-on approach to territory management and customer engagement
• 3–5+ years’ experience in a field-based B2B sales or business development role preferred
