About the role

Based in Emu Park and living on site, The Haven Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations at The Haven. The Manager ensures the smooth operation of The Haven by providing exceptional customer service and adopting efficient business practices. 

The Haven Manager is responsible for overseeing:

  • Financial management
  • Sales and marketing 
  • Operations
  • Site maintenance 
  • Work health and safety
  • Functions 

What we're looking for

  • An individual with experience in an industry relevant leadership or equivalent role of 5+ years
  • Current motor vehicle driver's licence
  • Current up to date First Aid certificate inclusive of CPR
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer management skills with the ability to liaise with a varied customer base and work effectively in a small team environment
  • Ability to effectively manage time and work schedules
