📚 What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Deliver high-quality, hands-on training in Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, and/or Appliance Services 

  • Mentor and assess apprentices as they develop practical skills and industry confidence 

  • Collaborate with employers to ensure successful learner outcomes 

  • Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in how you structure your days 

  • Travelling throughout the region to train and assess 

 

🔧 What You’ll Bring to the Role 

  • Trade Qualification in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration and/or Appliance Services 

  • Refrigerant Handling License & Restricted Electrical License 

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110, TAE40116 or TAE40122) – or willingness to obtain 

  • Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to get one) 

  • Solid industry experience and up-to-date knowledge 

  • A passion for teaching, mentoring, and shaping future tradies
