What You’ll Do

• Provide competency-based training (Mining, Construction, and Rail).
• Facilitate Inductions, Supervisor Training, Mine Site Competencies and First Aid programs.
• Build strong client relationships—be a brand ambassador onsite.
• Deliver TAE and Leadership products as part of our core offerings.

Must-Haves

• Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116).
• Supervisor Competencies (S123 & G2).
• Operational Competencies are advantagous
• Solid experience training in the resources sector.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
