Training Administration Advisor

ACRRM is a national College with a rural heart. We are focused on training and supporting doctors to become Rural Generalists providing high quality healthcare to their communities. 

ACRRM is growing and we continue to build our teams in each state and territory across Australia and are now recruiting for Qld based Training Program Advisor

The successful applicant will be responsible for the case management of registrars and their training posts through all aspects of their training and through the provision of advice and guidance through accreditation and in-practice delivery of training and supervision.

Duties of the role:

  • Provision of training support services to registrars, supervisors, and training posts across an allocated region 
  • Ensure training documentation and data is updated and accurate to monitor and coordinate the training progress registrars
  • Work with the team to coordinate and manage registrar placement activity 
  • Promote and support registrar wellbeing
  • Support events, education, and networking activities
