Due to business expansion and growth, AGIS are seeking a motivated Training Officer for an immediate start to support the growth and expansion of our business and its operations. Experience across Administration and or Training functions would be seen as advantageous. This role will see you working closely with our Scheduling, Recruitment and Operations team based in our Mackay Paget office.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Ensuring employees are site ready for Ports, Mills & Coal Sites.
- Arranging / Confirming Medicals.
- Arranging / Confirming Training.
- Arranging / Confirming Client Inductions.
- Arranging / Confirming SOPs/Site Authorisations.
- Ensuring all employee records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner on SharePoint & HRIS system & customer Portals.
- Assist with CMS/CMP as required.
- Produce Training reports on a regular basis.
- Assisting team with ad hoc duties as required.
ABOUT YOU
Experience required:
- Experience in Administration, Mine Site Administration or Training role (advantageous).
- Understanding of mining and construction industry training requirements (advantageous).
- Sound knowledge of CMS/CMP documentation (advantageous).
- Organisation of medicals and training to ensure compliance with coal & construction industry and site-specific training requirements (advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
- Effective communications skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, including SharePoint, Excel, Word.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced role.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
