Training Specialist (mobile maintenance)

Alchemy Recruitment is currently working alongside a successful natural energy resource provider who is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Systems Training Specialist in the Mackay Coal Fields.

Overview: As a Maintenance Systems Support Officer you will be responsible for providing support and training in the use of our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role is crucial for ensuring efficient use and integration of the CMMS across our operations.
  • Train staff in the use of the current CMMS and relevant input/output systems
  • Assess user activity and provide further training as needed
  • Document training sessions and interactions to ensure accurate training records
  • Ensure seamless integration with other CMMS team members
  • Assist with CMMS projects as directed by the Business Improvement Manager
  • Exposure to mobile maintenance operations in the mining industry from either a trade or planning background 
  • Experience training small groups with automated software packages
  • Experience with JD Edwards/MEX Maintenance/SQL/VBA (highly regarded)
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
In return, you can expect: This is a permanent role with a leading mining services provider, based in the Mackay Coal Fields, on a generous annual salary. Working on an attractive 5:2/4:3 (9-day fortnight) roster with a WFH day, DIDO to the mine or FIFO with accommodation and meals provided.
