Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate daily activities to ensure safe and efficient operations in line with customer requirements and relevant legislation.
- Schedule and monitor movement of fleet, booking vehicles for unloading via online portals.
- Manage site levels and load request times, ensuring prompt communication with customers.
- Liaise with fleet maintenance for effective scheduling of maintenance and support Branch Operations Manager as needed.
- Supervise employee schedules and monitor staff hours for compliance with fatigue management and safety policies.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in logistics coordination and fleet management or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers, operational staff, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and scheduling tools, ideally those for managing vehicle movements.
- Knowledge of fatigue management practices and relevant legislation to ensure staff compliance and safety is preferred
