We are currently seeking an experienced Truck Driver / Transport Operator to join our Gladstone team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive crew, operate well-maintained vehicles, and enjoy consistent, long-term employment.

Your Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks for deliveries, collections, and transport tasks

• Load, secure, and unload materials and equipment

• Ensure all transport paperwork and logs are completed accurately

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

• Represent HRS professionally on client sites

• Uphold our Golden Standard Culture

• Follow all company and industry safety regulations

Essential Requirements

• Current HR (or higher) Driver’s Licence

• Proven truck driving experience (minimum 2 years preferred)

• Ability to conduct safe loading/unloading

• Strong understanding of road transport regulations

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• Willingness to relocate or already living in the Gladstone region

• Clean driving and safety record

• Forklift licence

• Manitou ticket

Highly Regarded (Not Essential)

• Experience in heavy industry or construction environments

• Load restraint training
