As a Warehouse Coordinator at Komatsu, you will play a crucial role in the supply chain team, ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Based inn Parkhurst you will manage the inventory and logistics of our warehouse, optimising processes to maximise productivity while maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The role

Key Job responsibilities

  • Warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.

  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure supply availability for production requirements.

  • Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to coordinate supply chain activities and address any challenges.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices, fostering a safe workplace environment for all employees.

  • Utilised warehouse management systems to track inventory data and generate reports for management review.

     

 

Qualifications and requirements

  • Experience in warehousing or related field, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in inventory management and logistics coordination.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a strong commitment to process improvements.

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and build positive working relationships.

  • Proven critical thinking abilities to solve logistical challenges and streamline operations.

  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and standard office software applications.
