ROLE PURPOSE

 

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for the accurate inventory recording and associated tasks, receiving, picking and dispatch of all goods.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Possesses the knowledge and skill to understand the SSOPP requirements of all roles within the warehouse as a whole
  • Using required systems and tools, accurately process customer orders in a timely manner in line with Winc and the Customer's requirements
  • Consults with Drivers and Transport companies to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
  • Understands and applies principles of problem solving within the warehouse as a whole
  • Plays an active responsible role in helping to exceed customer expectations
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude towards Winc values
  • Package orders appropriately to minimise waste, cartons, and damages as well as be accountable for Quality and Accuracy of tasks undertaken
