Warehouse Store-person (Full-Time)

Location: Gladstone, QLD
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

Gladstone Flooring Xtra is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Store-person to join our team in a permanent full-time position.

About the Role

This hands-on position is essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse and installation team. Duties include:

  • Receiving and unloading stock deliveries

  • Organising and maintaining warehouse inventory

  • Preparing customer orders for collection and delivery

  • Measuring and cutting carpet and vinyl products for installers

  • Loading and unloading flooring products safely

  • Assisting with stock control and inventory management

  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

  • Supporting customers, installers and sales staff when required

  • Delivering flooring products to customers and job sites when required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Good physical fitness and the ability to safely handle flooring products

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Current Forklift Licence (essential)

  • Current C Class Driver's Licence (essential)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous warehouse, store-person or flooring industry experience preferred

  • Full Australian working rights
