We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team based at Mackay. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels, optimising freight expenses, and supporting the broader business unit with clear direction and operational excellence while working side by side with the Retail Parts Supervisor to ensure alignment, efficiency, and seamless parts supply. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the receipting, storage, and dispatch of inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

  • Manage inbound and outbound freight for timely, cost-effective delivery and resolve any issues with providers.

  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate regular stock takes, and investigate discrepancies promptly.

  • Provide clear direction and coaching to warehouse staff, fostering a positive team culture and driving continuous improvement.

  • Communicate effectively with managers and other departments on stock availability, freight issues, and operational updates.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy workplace and comply with company policies.

Other Skills and/or Experience: 

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or storage environment.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Computer literacy and ability to manage inventory systems.

  • Qualifications in Warehousing, Storage, or Supply Chain - desirable

  • Forklift licence and safe operation of materials handling equipment.

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry - desirable

  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple operational demands.
