The successful candidate will be required to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and employees internally and externally with awareness to Mine site regulations and compliance for training and scheduling purposes. Some site-specific training will be provided for this. 

This busy and diverse role will see you undertake a broad range of administrative duties including recruitment and pre-employment screening, mobilisation of employees and contractors for site, coordinating with employees and contractors, accommodation bookings, quotation/invoicing, managing data for Ellico's roster & updating site CMS.

Full-time employment - Super paid on all hours worked (probationary period of 3-6 months)

Room for flexibility with hours ranging from 7am-5pm Monday to Friday (with the exception of some overtime when required)

Successful Applicants Must Have

2+ years experience in similar role

Strong knowledge of the local mining industry 

Strong knowledge of site onboarding 

Administration Experience

Ability to think strategically, analytically and outside of the box.

Sound computer skills, especially with Microsoft suite of programs.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent organisational Skills

Accurate data entry

High level of productivity and attention to detail

Strong administration and time management skills

Experience in Scheduling

 

Advantageous 

Advertising/Social Media Experience (Highly Desired)

Experience with Coal Long Service/Qleave

Pre-existing administration and site mobilisation experience
