Job Description

The Role: 

  • Working closely with and reporting to our Operations Manager to support scheduling of labour across various projects and mine sites.
  • Review and analyse accommodation demand within the business, liaising with client representatives and processing site accommodation requests when required
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating site CMS documentation to ensure compliance with site CMS requirements.
  • Co-ordinating with HR and the administration office team to assist with onboarding, training and general workforce employee and subcontractor requirements.

  • Positive and friendly work attitude 
  • Previous workforce planning experience (mining preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Moderate to advance Microsoft Office capability
  • Excellent time management
  • Confident and capable to effectively communicate with clients
  • Able to work well in a team and autonomously
  • Strong work ethic

 

What We Offer:

  • $90,000 + Superannuation
  • 9 Day fortnight
  • KPI Bonus
  • Based in Mackay Office
  • Monday – Friday
