Workforce Planner

We are currently seeking an experienced hands-on and highly autonomous Workforce Planner to join our Mackay-based team.

About You: 

This role suits someone who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of their responsibilities. You'll play a key part in coordinating workforce planning, scheduling mobilisation, and onboarding across multiple projects. You'll be the person who holds things together, keeps timelines in check and ensures senior leaders Working alongside a high-performing director, your ability to stay organised, confidently follow up on key actions and keep things moving will be highly valued.

• 2 years' experience in a similar role - highly desirable

• Strong knowledge of site training and compliance requirements

• Self-starter with good time management skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills essential

• Familiarity with client systems
