About us

MADD Mechanical is a locally owned and operated rapidly growing automotive workshop specialising in all aspects of fleet vehicle maintenance. Located in the busy Paget commercial hub we are dedicated to providing quality mechanical maintenance to our customers.



Qualifications & experience


  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively, work independently and collaboratively in a face paced environment.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to processes and procedures with a willingness to learn.
  • Proven experience in an administration or relevant roll. Previous workshop experience highly desirable but not a prerequisite.
  • Experience with MechanicDesk and Xero preferred by not essential.




Tasks & responsibilities


  • Liaising with our customers at front desk, taking calls and responding via email.
  • Scheduling bookings and liaising with the workshop foreman & mechanics. Assisting with vehicle collections and drop offs as required.
  • Ordering parts and supplies. Assisting with parts pick up where direct deliveries are not available.
  • Data entry of accounts payable invoices.
  • Closing out completed jobs, processing of accounts receivable invoices and handling cash/POS transactions.
  • Managing our social media platforms generating content and marketing material.
