What do I need for the role?
- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including sleepovers, weekends, afternoons, nights and day shifts.
- Certificate IV in Child Youth Family Intervention (Residential Carer) or equivalent and experience in working with ‘at risk’ youth, or willing to undergo studies.
- Previous experience in trauma informed practice will be highly regarded.
- Sound knowledge of services to youth, child and family welfare, and child protection processes.

Carinity Youth - On Track:
This facility is located in coastal Yeppoon, which is approximately 35 minutes northeast of the city of Rockhampton, in Central Queensland. On Track provides accommodation and support to four young people (aged 12-17) in out of home residential care.
