Wendy Hannan boasts over 30 years of experience in sales, recruitment, training and business development. Wendy has an energetic approach, along with a love for the dynamic recruitment market and connecting with people. She specialises in roles such as Engineers, Project Managers, Estimators and Contract Managers, focusing on nurturing lasting relationships and ensuring the right fit for candidates and clients.

Wendy has strong connections within the Central Queensland community having lived the #EvenBetterLiving lifestyle in Gladstone for three decades with her family. Her involvement in various committees and organisations over the years, such as the Harbour City BMX Club and Gladstone Chamber of Commerce, reflects her dedication to the region.

Sam Codrington
Community Engagement Specialist

Sam Codrington brings 25 years of diverse experience in customer service and community engagement. From managing international and domestic sectors at Qantas to completing a bachelor's degree in clinical nutrition, Sam's roles have been marked by a commitment to service and connection. Locally, Sam has coordinated Skilling Queenslanders for Work programs, Gladstone's Multicultural Little Steps Playgroup and pop-up restaurants.

Having relocated to the Gladstone Region five years ago for work opportunities with her husband and four children, Sam has immersed herself in the #EvenBetterLiving lifestyle and community. She believes that finding the right job and fostering happiness in the community make a huge impact on whether people choose to stay long term.

Now a Gladstone Region local, Tyrone's move from the Gold Coast to Gladstone with his family reflects his pursuit of #EvenBetterLiving in Central Queensland. As an Indigenous man with a connection to the Kuinmabra Clan in Darumbal country of Rockhampton/Shoalwater Bay, Tyrone brings a deep-rooted understanding of Central Queensland's communities.
