The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This role offers the potential to transition into a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in mechanical systems, such as motorbikes, cars, engines, or boats, and possess a background in batteries or mechanics.

Role Responsibilities:
- Retail sales and customer service
- Preparing and testing batteries for sale
- Fitting car, boat, and motorcycle batteries
- Assisting with daily operations, orders, and stock management
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous retail experience
- Basic understanding of mechanics and batteries
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to fit batteries in various vehicles
- Current driver’s license and residency in Gladstone or nearby areas preferred
- Basic computer skills for operating Point of Sale (POS) system
